ARC Lab is always looking for self-motivated PhD and MS students. If you are interested in joining ARC Lab, please apply for Mechanical Engineering Graduate Programs or Electrical & Computer Engineering Graduate Programs and mention Prof. Xu in your statement. The ideal candidates are expected to have a solid background in one or more of the following areas: controls, optimization, robotics, applied mathematics, machine learning. Prof. Xu will follow up with applicants of strong interest and set up a meeting for discussion. Undergraduate Student at UW-Madison
ARC Lab is looking for self-motivated undergraduate students at UW-Madison with background in engineering, applied mathematics, machine learning, data science, or other related disciplines. Prof. Xu can offer research credits through Independent Study in ME or ECE, and can also fund productive students. Undergraduate researchers in ARC lab are expected to commit at least 10 hours per week. If you are interested in working in ARC Lab, please send Prof. Xu an email with your resume and transcripts attached. Prof. Xu will follow up and set up a meeting for discussion if there is a potential fit.
